Yes. Computer work, tech support and most phone repairs all happen at your home or small business, anywhere across our North Brisbane and Moreton Bay service area, so you do not have to unplug anything or travel. The only exceptions are repairs that need a workbench, such as iPad and tablet screens, liquid damage and microsoldering, which we collect and bring back when they are done.
We cover North Brisbane and Moreton Bay broadly — from Caboolture and Elimbah in the north, down through North Lakes, Petrie and Strathpine to Aspley and Chermside, and west to Samford, Dayboro, Woodford and the D’Aguilar Range.
Yes. Screen, battery and charging port replacements for phones, iPads and tablets are still very much part of what we do, and it is what a lot of our long-time customers know us for. Most phone repairs can be done onsite while you wait. iPad and tablet screens, liquid damage and microsoldering need the workbench, so those are collected and returned. Prices depend on the model, so call or text for a quote.
It depends on the job, so we give every customer a clear, obligation-free quote before any work begins — no surprise charges. If a repair is not worth doing, we will say so honestly.
Absolutely — it is a big part of what we do. We are happy to slow down, explain things in plain English, and write simple notes so you feel confident using your device after we leave.
Yes, we work across Windows and Mac computers, as well as iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets.
