The western edge of our service area is a different job to the suburbs. Properties are spread out, and getting a technician to visit at all is often the hard part – which is exactly why we cover it.
Internet is the dominant issue out here. Fixed wireless and satellite connections behave differently to fibre, and a lot of what looks like a broken computer is really a connection problem, or a router placed at the wrong end of a long house or a separate shed or studio.
