Clear pricing, no call-out fee

There are two ways I charge, and neither has a call-out fee.

Computer repairs and tech support are charged by the hour. Phone, iPad and tablet repairs get one fixed price for the job, quoted upfront, with no hourly charge. Travel anywhere in North Brisbane and Moreton Bay is always free.

Standard hourly rate

$145

For computer repairs, setup and tech support.

First hour, minimum one hour charge.

$55 per half hour after that.

Seniors hourly rate

$120

For computer repairs, setup and tech support.

First hour, minimum one hour charge.

$55 per half hour after that.

For Seniors Card and pension card holders.

How the hourly rate works

Travel is included. There is no call-out fee anywhere in the service area.
The first hour is the minimum charge. After that, time is billed in half hour blocks.
All prices include GST.
Any parts your job needs are quoted before the work starts.
Phone, iPad and tablet repairs are not charged by the hour. They get a fixed quote instead, explained below.

Device repairs are priced differently. The hourly rates above do not apply: you get one fixed price for the repair, quoted before any work starts, and there is no call-out fee.

Screen, battery and charge port prices depend on your exact model, so each job is quoted individually.

Done at your place

Most phone screen and battery replacements can be finished onsite while you wait.

Picked up and returned

iPad and tablet screens and batteries, liquid damage and microsoldering need the workbench. I collect the device and bring it back when it is done.
