Local North Brisbane Tech Support
Tec Wiz comes to homes and small businesses across Kallangur for onsite computer repairs, laptop screen replacements, phone and tablet repairs and patient tech support. It is also the suburb where all of this started.
Kallangur is where Tech Station began. The first shop opened on Anzac Avenue in 2015, and it turned out to be the first of four stores we went on to co-own across the north side. A number of customers from those early Anzac Avenue days are still with us, which is a fair part of why the area still feels like home ground.
It is familiar in a personal sense too. Adam lived at Dakabin for seven years, and between the Kallangur shop and the later store at Murrumba Downs, this stretch along Anzac Avenue and the rail line has been part of daily life for a decade. It is not an area we had to look up on a map.
The work here is a mix. Established households with a laptop that has quietly slowed over five or six years, newer families out towards Griffin and Murrumba Downs setting up networks and devices, and a steady run of tablet repairs – we look after iPad repairs for a local school, so cracked screens and worn charging ports are well-trodden ground.
Kallangur is a short, direct run for us straight down Anzac Avenue. Same-week appointments are normal, and we can usually offer a morning or an afternoon rather than a vague all-day window.
